1. Multi-Layer Specialized Waterproof Film

The first line of defense is our high-performance, sea-freight-grade waterproof film. We don’t just wrap the machine; we seal it.

The Process: Our team applies multiple thick layers of film around the entire machine body.
The Purpose: This creates a tight, moisture-proof cocoon. It shields the delicate electronic components and printheads from corrosive sea salt, fog, and accidental water exposure during transit. It’s simple, effective, and reliable.

2. Reinforced Export-Standard Wooden Crates

Once the machine is sealed, it is secured into a custom-built, high-strength wooden crate.

The Construction: We use sturdy, fumigation-free or ISPM-15 compliant wood that can withstand the pressure of being stacked and the impact of forklift handling.
Internal Stability: The machine is bolted or braced to the base of the crate to prevent any shifting or sliding during heavy waves.
