We are seeing a bifurcation in the market. High-volume, low-variation work (like commodity white bags) will always belong to gravure and flexo. But for the premium, short-run, customized kraft bag—the kind that coffee roasters and boutique apparel shops want—the single pass printer is the only logical choice.

It bridges the gap between the “prototype” and the “production run” without requiring you to compromise on cost. It turns the printing press into a profit center that can handle last-minute promotional changes without breaking a sweat.
